The work looks different depending on who is asking. It might be a home office with one desktop, a printer and a Wi-Fi problem that only happens in the afternoon. It might be a guesthouse that needs guest Wi-Fi kept separate from the office computer. It might be a small business with a server, ten staff and a Microsoft 365 tenant nobody has looked at since it was created.
We take the small jobs as seriously as the big ones, because to the person waiting on the machine there is no difference.

We look before we quote. Where we can diagnose remotely we will, and where a job needs someone on site with a screwdriver and a cable tester, we come out.
You get the price in Rand before the work starts, and if there is a cheaper way to solve the problem we will tell you about it. Sometimes the honest answer is that a machine is not worth repairing. Sometimes it is that you do not need the thing you were about to buy.
We write and speak in normal words. If you want the technical detail we will happily give it to you, but you should never have to nod along to something you do not understand.

We supply and set up equipment from Asus, HP, Dell, Epson and Canon. Buying through us means the machine arrives configured, the software is licensed correctly, your files are moved across, and there is one person to phone if something is wrong with it later.
